Personal and Company Check
-- We do accept Personal and Company Check but the order won't
be processed until the check has been cleared, which should
take no longer than 7 business days.
Fax Orders
-- We do have a Fax Machine that accepts orders 24/7. However, since the S&H (Shipping & Handling)
fee for each order is different, we have to contact you back to inform you the exact amount that needs to be
included in the order. So, please include your Credit Card info, Full Name, Ship To and Send To addresses (if they
are different), Phone Number, Email and of course the Items you want to purchase on the paper.

When
is my credit card charged -- We do not process
credit card transactions until your order is ready to be shipped,
even though you have already submitted your credit card info
through our Online Shopping Cart.
What
if I want to change my order -- The best way
to do so is to give us a call or write us an email IMMEDIATELY
if you have already submitted an order. We will not be responsible
AFTER we have shipped out the order.
Do we
ship worldwide -- Yes, we do. However, it is
your responsiblity to find out if slingshots are legal to own
in your country. Our company will try out best to ship the package
to you, but if it gets declined by the custom, we will NOT refund
the money to you.
Do I get any Quantity Discounts --
Yes, but only certain items have discounts. Please contact us for more information. |
Shipping Methods
Common Methods
-- Any item that is in stock is generally
shipped within 24 hours. We ship all orders through Fedex Ground
or USPS (United Postal Service). For International orders, USPS
is the only choice. We'll email you the tracking number or call
you if the email you've given us is not working.
Other Methods --
For additional cost, we can expedite shipping through Fedex
2-day or Fedex Overnight. You will be contacted with shipping
quotes on all expedited orders.
How to
track my order -- Please visit www.FedEx.com
to track your package online. We usually send you the tracking
number through your email, so make sure that you give us the
correct one. For small packages, we usually ship through USPS and there will be no
tracking number provided. |

-- We will finish processing your order within 48 hours or even
faster after you've submitted your order online or through the
phone. If you give us your email, we can send you the shipping
confirmation right away. If you don't receive any kind of shipping
confirmation from us after 48 hours of your purchase, then you
will be rewarded with a free gift. However, orders submitted
on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday, but you will
still receive shipping confirmation from us on either Saturday
or Sunday. We do this because we truly believe in fast shipping
and better service.

Satisfaction Guarantee -- Our company always
believes in one rule "Customers are always right". If you purchase
a product that you don't like or the product is defective, please
don't hesitate to send it back. We will replace it with a new
one or refund you the money, Guarantee! However, we
do not accept used products, meaning that if you are
not satisfied with the items you receive from us, you should
send them back ASAP. We expect that the returned items are in
relatively good condition. There will be a 5% restocking fee
subjected to all returns. You MUST contact us first
before returning the items. (Returns are really rare anyhow)

Safety Guidelines
Slingshots are NOT toys. Even though slingshots are not restricted items, children should always
be supervised by adults when playing slingshots.
ALWAYS wear eye protections. You can get them from our website for very affordable price.
KNOW your target and what's behind it.
Make sure you have an adequate backstop for your target.
Inspect thrust bands before each shot for any signs of wear, brittleness or breakage.
DO NOT SHOOT IF THRUST BANDS ARE WORN OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY! Replace damaged or worn bands immediately.
Do not shoot at hard surfaces or at the surface of water. Slingshot ammo may bounce off
or ricochet and hit someone or something you had not intended to hit.

replace the band whenever you see any sign of wear, brittleness

How far can Slingshot Ammo travel
-- It really depends on how hard you pull and what type of ammo
you use. But the maximum range should be about 225 yard. |
